Week 1

Week commencing 23/03/20

Thursday

Thank you for all your emails. I have loved hearing about how you are getting on with your learning. One fabulous resource that a parent shared with me today was the SkyView Lite app. I uploaded it onto my phone and went outside with my own children this evening. We saw the International Space Station and identified planets. Thanks for sharing this with me. If anyone else has found something they think others might benefit from, please let me know.

I don't know if my email to all Ospreys parents reached everyone, some of the addresses might be out of date so I will try to make phone contact tomorrow to those who I haven't heard from. Happy star gazing and keep having fun with your learning!

Wednesday

Hi Ospreys! How are you all getting on? I am going to send an email out to your families tomorrow to see how your learning is going so if you have any questions or need more help, please tell your adult who can let me know. Don't forget to take regular breaks and get outside for some fresh air and exercise. I am looking forward to hearing all about your fabulous learning tomorrow.

Tuesday

I hope you are having fun with your home learning and managing to get outside to play in the lovely sunshine! I have added two new websites on the Useful Links page, take a look and see some of the amazing resources there are online to help you learn at home. The Suggested Reading Activities sheet mentioned in your week 1 home learning was missing from the Key Information page but I have added it now, apologies for any confusion.

Don't forget to let me know how you are getting on. If there is anything you need or if you just want to share your progress, please email me.

Here you will find the Home Learning Task sheet along with the resources you need. Additional activities can be found on the Key Information page.

Please email me and let me know how you are getting on. If you need any help or support, please let me know. I would love to hear from you!
