Week 3: 20 April 2020

Tuesday 21st

Hello, me again!

I have added timeline of Shakespeare's life to the resources.  I thought it might help you with your work.

Keep smiling and enjoy the sun

Welcome back everyone.

I hope you have all had a lovely and safe Easter.  It has been nice to have the sunshine and to be able to sit outside and go for a walk.

This week will see us start some new learning all based on the life of William Shakespeare and linking back to some previous learning about what life was like in Britain.  We thought about this with our WW2 learning as well.

We will keep thinking about life in Britain: today, in the 1930s and 1940s and now during the life of William Shakespeare.

We also have a new online Maths resource for everyone to use called MyMaths.  You should have received login details for this.  I have set some fractions work to get us going!  If there are any problems please just get in touch.

There are 2 new Knowledge Organisers, one for science and materials and for English/ History about Shakespeare.  I will also save these in the Knowledge Organiser section.

I have included some additional activities should you wish to do them.  You will be able to find these in the Key Information section.

I know you are all trying your best with this new way of working  but it can be difficult.  Here is some extra support from Childline if you need it:

And for your parents from the NSPCC:

Happy Learning and keep smiling
