Week 4: 27 April 2020

Hello again everyone.

I hope you are all making the most of the sunny weather.  I really enjoyed getting your emails last week and have spoken to some of you which has been great.  Nice to catch up with what you're doing.  I have already arranged to speak to some people this week.

This week we will start reading one of Shakespeare's plays - The Tempest.

We are also looking at a different artist.  Your artwork last week was fabulous so Im looking forward to seeing all your efforts this week.

How did everyone get on with the 'su doku'?

I have looked at the MyMaths and noticed that not everyone completed the 3 tasks that were set.  I have set new ones for this week.  I know some people had a problem but hopefully I have resolved this.  Please let me know if not and I will keep working on it.  Remember to complete the task before marking it and then to save your work.  There are lessons on there too so it might good to do the lesson before you do the task as a refresher.

The Newspaper 'First News' is doing a free download so I am including a link to this for you so that you can keep up-to-date with what is going in the world as were very good at discussing news stories in class.

Teddy has sent a riddle for everyone:

What runs all around a back garden but never moves.

Thanks Teddy... really got my brain working on this one.  You can email your answers to me and I will check in with Teddy in the week to see if we are right.

You know where I am if you need me for anything.  Just send an email and I will get back to you as soon as I can
