This week we loved celebrating art week at By Brook Valley! We completed an artist study on Andy Goldsworthy and used his natural art to inspire our final piece. We used a variety of materials and settled on using geometric shapes and dot work to design and create our own reptilian art! We can't wait to display these on our By Brook Valley Gallery night. 

We have loved being outside in the sunshine for PE and have started to practice our tennis skills. We learnt all about online safety in computing and even used some AI to create some artwork! 

Star of the week: 

This week's star of the week is ... Hamish! Hamish showed great focus during art week. Well done Hamish!

Things to remember: 

• PE days are Monday and Friday. 
• Please bring in water bottles, reading records and reading books each day. 
• Sun hats will be needed next week as the temperature creeps up again! 
• Next week Miss Davies and Mrs Boyd will be teaching in Hawks.
