Autumn 2, week 6

What a fantastic week it has been in Owls class! The children truly impressed us with their three Nativity performances. Their beautiful singing filled the room and they showed so much confidence on stage. We are incredibly proud of every single one of them.

Owls also enjoyed listening to the story Dear Santa, which inspired us to start writing our own lists to Santa. The children showed great enthusiasm and creativity as they shared their Christmas wishes.

In computing, we created colourful scarves for snowmen, practising our mouse control and design skills. In maths, Owls became pattern detectives! They spotted patterns in sequences, continued them by adding what comes next, and even created their own patterns — fantastic thinking!

During Squiggle While You Wiggle, we focused on learning how to form the letter d, using big movements to help strengthen our fine motor skills.

A big congratulations to our Star of the Week, Inka.  She sang beautifully in our Nativity and absolutely beamed with confidence throughout the performance. Well done, Inka — we are so proud of you!

Have a lovely weekend
