Last two weeks of Easter learning........

What an exciting last two weeks of the term!

In English, we looked at different instructions and wrote our own linked to our DT.

Falcons were fantastic at measuring in maths. They measured using non non-standard units and even measured in cms.

In Geography, Falcons tasted biscuits and cakes from each of the four countries in the United Kingdom. The favourite cake was scones from England!

We had a very exciting geography morning! We were each given a balloon ticket and flew to the Sahara desert. There were lots of different animals and plants! We used our senses to describe our experience.

Falcons really impressed us with their confidence and beautiful singing in their class assembly. They worked really hard to learn their lines and loved showcasing their learning.

In DT, Falcons designed, made and evaluated their own fruit salad. They loved peeling, cutting and tasting the different fruit.

We finished the term with our wonderful Easter service. Falcons confidently shared their Easter prayers and sang their hearts out. Their favourite song was definitely Spring Chicken!

Have a wonderful Easter
