Wow! What a great week we have had!

We have been continuing to learn column subtraction in Maths and have been learning how to exchange numbers. In English, we have been reviewing how to write a narrative and what needs to be included, and the children had a chance to do some free writing.

In art, we have been looking at paintings by the artist Stephanie Peters and how she uses light and dark within her paintings. We particularly looked at volcano pictures and then had a go at creating our own volcano pictures using oil pastels. They were all brilliant.

I am so proud of all the children in their performance of Bethlehem Bandits. They all worked so hard with their lines and songs and were fantastic. Thank you for all your support in helping them to learn their lines and in providing costumes.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone wearing a Christmas jumper on Thursday for our Christmas lunch!
